I work at Park 100, and there is a little, family owned lunch spot that I had to try out. So I went to the Gyro Stop, and I was definitely suprised. It is, by all intents and purposes, a small, family owned shop. The only employees are the owners, a husband and wife team. Although their lunches aren't as fresh as a pita chain I love, the flavors are incredible. I got the #6 lunch combo, the chicken gyro wrap with a side of hummus. It was the best hummus I've had in a LONG time. The chicken was full of Mediteranean flavors, and the lettuce was topped with delicious tsaziki sauce. It was definitely worth the $7 and change I paid. I will definitely have to visit this place again!
Anyone know of any other delicious local lunch spots on the Northwest side of Indianapolis that I should try?

You know what would be cool? We could create a website that lists links, reviews and places them in categories. That way you could blog about it, place it in a category, link it and share it on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace etc. Then people could actually search for these places, read user comments and actually make it easier for them to patronize the business.
ReplyDeleteCheck out my blog: http://www.bradsprauer.com and the blog I webmaster for: http://www.funcityfinder.com to see what I mean.
We could set it up together, I'd do the techie stuff, and I could teach you how to run it. It's SUPER easy!
Sounds like fun! Sign me up!
